GAA:Conor O'Mahony is back in the Tippperary starting line-up for the Munster hurling semi-final against Clare after Paddy Stapleton was ruled out through injury. Stapleton, who started in the full back line against Cork, will miss Sunday's clash at the Gaelic Grounds.
In his absence, John O’Keefe drops back with O’Mahony returning to his customary centre half back role alongside David Young and Padraic Maher. Elsewhere, Declan Ryan keeps faith with the side that defeated Cork at the end of May with Eoin Kelly and Lar Corbett spearheading the Tipp attack.
Brendan Maher, who is recovering from a fractured fibula, and Seamus Hennessy, who has cartilage damage to his left knee, both remain sidelined.
Derry football manager John Brennan welcomes his captain Barry McGoldrick back to the fold for the Ulster championship semi-final against Armagh. McGoldrick, who missed the win over Fermanagh with a thigh injury, replaces Emmett McGuckin.
The only other change to the starting line-up sees Brian Og McAlary come in for the injured Gerard O'Kane.
