Snooker: Two-time world champion Ronnie O'Sullivan is the first player through to this year's Royal London Watches Grand Prix final.
The 'Rocket' produced a wonderful comeback to edge Shaun Murphy 6-5 in a dramatic final-frame decider in their semi-final at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.
Trailing 5-2, O'Sullivan looked to have missed his chance to reach his 26th ranking event final as Murphy sparkled with breaks of 55, 138 and 108.
But last a Grand Prix winner in 2004, O'Sullivan rallied to win four frames on the spin and earned himself a meeting with either Hong Kong's Marco Fu or Northern Ireland's Gerard Greene in tomorrow's final.
All week, O'Sullivan has been a man of few words — so it came as a surprise when he decided to be a little bit more forthcoming in today's post-match press conference.
"I felt the tension out there in a situation like that — you wouldn't be human if you didn't feel like that," said O'Sullivan. "It's good to come back like that. I didn't think I could — but I kept plugging away.
"I just felt tension from the off. It was a strange kind of game; I've done well to win it in the end. I just felt there were some nerves out there. When there's nerves anything's possible, so I just had to hang on in there to see what happened."
