The development of a £10 million marina in Dun Laoghaire Harbour should not be at the expense of existing harbour users, Dun LaoghaireRathdown County Council was told last night. Discussing the application for the 680-berth marina, councillors expressed concern that the scale of the development would inconvenience existing harbour users.
