What the report says:The tribunal finds there was no connection between Mr Haughey and the State's disposal in 1990 of the Glen Ding lands in Co Wicklow to a subsidiary of Cement Roadstone Holdings (CRH), a group linked to the Ansbacher accounts and his close associate Des Traynor.

Mr Justice Moriarty also says in his report that there was no connection between the sale of these lands and the Ansbacher scheme, whose banking operations ran at CRH's registered office from 1987. The report finds there had been a deviation from a commitment in 1988 by then minister Ray Burke that the lands would not be sold other than by public tender, but says this was not connected to Mr Haughey.
