Vienna - The Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe invited Yugoslavia back into its fold yesterday, part of a drive to help it back into the international community after the fall of former president Slobodan Milosevic.
The OSCE, Europe's security and human rights watchdog, was following in the footsteps of the International Monetary Fund and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, both of which have made overtures to Belgrade since the election of President Vojislav Kostunica.
