Crystal Palace defenders Darren Powell and Danny Granville both passed fitness tests on respective hamstring and back injuries to take their places in the starting line-up for the lunch-time visit of Bolton to Selhurst Park.

Powell replaces suspended Gonzalo Sorondo, who was sent off in the midweek 2-2 draw at West Brom, while Granville comes in for Gary Borrowdale, who is relegated to the bench.

Bolton, chasing their fifth successive Premiership victory, are unchanged from the side which beat Tottenham 3-1 on Tuesday so there is no place on the bench for former Roma defender Vincent Candela.
