Republicans attending an Easter commemoration parade in Armagh city have been told that a meaningful peace process can be reconstructed.
A Derry city councillor, Ms Dodie McGuinness, said Sinn Fein would continue "to assist with others in creating the conditions and confidence needed for the IRA to call a second ceasefire".
She warned that next month's proposed election was not the way forward and the peace process would only be rebuilt without preconditions.
