Irish mobile computer chip designer Parthus said today Device Solution Network, the semiconductor division of Samsung, has licensed Parthus' NavStream GPS-based location services platform.
Parthus said its NavStream 3000 is designed to determine either an individual’s or a vehicle’s exact location anywhere in the world.
