ACTOR Charlton Heston says Michelangelo was not a homosexual. He has refused a clip from his 1965 film The Agony and the Ecstasy, in which be portrayed the Italian Renaissance sculptor, for use a documentary on the history of gay characters in film entitled The Celluloid Closet.
