VISITING US First Lady Hillary Clinton empathised in Budapest with Hungarian gypsies whose lives have worsened with the fall of communism. Mrs Clinton, on a goodwill tour of eastern and central Europe, spent about an hour at a run down gypsy community centre in a decaying district of Budapest.
