A PETITION to halt the early prison release of IRA Shankill bomber, Sean Kelly, has been launched by Ms Michelle Williamson, who lost both her parents in the 1993 bomb attack. George and Gillian Williamson died in the explosion at the fish shop on the Shankill Road alongside seven other civilians and a second IRA bomber, Thomas Begley.
According to Ms Williamson she received notification of the date of Kelly's early release, scheduled for July 2000, on the day before Christmas Eve. She described the British government's treatment of her as "absolutely shocking".
