OLIVER Peyton, the Sligo man who left Ireland 17 years ago and revolutionised eating in London is turning his attentions homeward again. He has four of Britain's most successful restaurants under his belt the established cool of Atlantic Bar and Grill and new arrival Coast in the heart of the fashion, district in London, were last year joined by Mash and Air.down-to-earth fare (Mash) sit happily side-by side in a disused mill in Leeds, a town so trendy it has the only Harvey Nichols shop outside London.

A new project, Isola, is due to open in Knightsbridge in September and then the 35 year old Oliver is focusing on bringing that Peyton touch, to Dublin. At the moment he is actively looking for an Irish partner in the venture which he would like to situate on Leeson Street.

You would think that such a schedule would be tough on Charlie Polizzo, hi5 dynamic girlfriend, but then she is the granddaughter of Lord Forte, of Trusthouse Forte fame, so maybe she knew what she was letting herself in for.
