London - Three judges will today decide if 12 British plane-spotters accused of spying in Greece should be released - or face trial. The Greek public prosecutor has compiled a report recommending that the 12 Britons - and two Dutch citizens - should face trial.
But the judges will examine the evidence against the plane-spotters and then decide how the case should proceed.
The latest movements in the case were confirmed last night by Richard Howitt, the Labour MEP who has been campaigning from the group's release.
