The PSNI has reissued an appeal to the public for information on David Albert Taggart (24) who absconded from Lisburn Courthouse on June 7th.
Chief Superintendent Ken Henning said today: “I would appeal to anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mr Taggart to inform police immediately.
"I would also urge anyone who is protecting him to hand him into police as anyone who is shielding him is also committing an offence. I would appeal directly to Mr Taggart to hand himself into police.”
Members of the public are advised not to approach Mr Taggart as the PSNI consider him “high risk”. They are advised to phone 999 or the confidential Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
