A 21-year-old man from Finglas, Dublin, is recovering in James Connolly Memorial Hospital under armed guard after being shot twice in the lower back on Tuesday night.
Gardai said the shooting "appears to be the result of an internal feud in a west Dublin gang. This gang are linked to many ongoing inquiries into robberies in Dublin."
