Tomorrow: 5.30 p.m. Critical Mass, mass cycle and walk through the city organised by Dublin Grassroots Network (DGN), leaving Garden of Remembrance, Parnell Square, Dublin. 7 p.m. Public talk by reformist author and campaigner Susan George, organised by Another Europe is Possible (AEIP), Liberty Hall, Dublin.

Saturday: Noon: Carnival for a Better World, organised by AEIP, speeches, street theatre and music, Central Bank, Dame Street, Dublin. 1.30 p.m.-2.30 p.m. Carnival march from Dame Street to Frank Sherwin Bridge, opposite Heuston Station, where more music is planned, including gospel and Don Baker.

2.30 p.m. Reclaim The City, "anti-privatisation actions" organised by DGN, in Grafton Street, Dublin, at the St Stephen's Green end. 6 p.m. Bring The Noise, DGN rally against heads of state in Farmleigh House, Parkgate Street, Dublin, near Benburb Street.

Sunday: 11 a.m. No Borders Camp, DGN protest against deportations, Custom House Quay, Dublin.
