Two Belfast men have been arrested by PSNI detectives investigating the murder of a man in Dundonald on Monday.

The men are being questioned about the killing of David Hamilton, 40, who was found in his flat at Gleneagles Gardens on the loyalist Ballybeen estate.

His body was discovered shortly before 3 p.m. on Monday after the alarm was raised when he failed to turn up for work at the Ulster Hospital where he worked as a porter.

Local Ulster Unionist councillor David Drysdale said: "He didn't turn up for his shift and people reported this because apparently he was a diabetic."
