Police in Belfast are appealing for witnesses following the hijacking of a vehicle in the city centre yesterday evening.
A female passenger was forced from a silver Ford Focus by an unidentified man at 5.40pm on Ventry Street after the male driver had left the vehicle to run an errand.
Two other men then entered the vehicle before the car drove off in the direction of Great Victoria Street and Wellwood Street.
A short time later, the car was seen driving erratically in Lisvarna Heights area of the city.

The driver of the stolen vehicle is described as being in his early 20s, 170cm (5ft 7in) in height, of slim build and wearing a light grey tracksuit with the hood pulled over a baseball cap.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
