Police are seeking information on an overnight hit-and-run incident in Belfast in which a young man was injured and hospitalised.
The incident happened close to the Andersonstown Road area at around 1am today. A car mounted the pavement and hit the victim as he stood with a group of people.
The man sustained injuries to his head, back and legs and he was treated at the city's Royal Victoria Hospital.The victim has since been discharged.
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information on a dark coloured Peugeot which was seen in the area at the time of the incident.
