London - Buckingham Palace proved reluctant to comment yesterday on a rash of press reports indicating that Queen Elizabeth has broken with years of tradition by changing the suppliers of her Christmas pudding, from Harrods to Tescos.
"The queen has always been concerned over the quality-price index," was the cryptic response of a palace spokesman when queried over the monarch's alleged plans to stop buying the plum and suet-rich desert from Harrods.
