Racing: Kevin Prendergast's Decado, winner of a Group Three at the Curragh earlier in the season, finished three lengths behind Araafa in the Irish Guineas and renews rivalry at Royal Ascot this week.
Prendergast was pleased with his three-year-old's last performance and believes the likely quicker ground could help him turn the tables on Noseda's charge.
"He's very well," said Prendergast. "He arrived at Ascot in good shape and he's cantered there this morning. The travelling head lad says he is in good shape and I'm very happy with him.
"The quicker ground is a bit of an unknown but he has a good action so I can't see why he won't go on it.
"They didn't go any pace at the Curragh and he ran a little freely because they went so slow. I don't suppose they go slow at Ascot though, they'll probably jump out and go a good clip from the gate.
"He ran like an inexperienced horse at the Curragh - it was only his fifth start so hopefully he can improve for it and put up another good show.
"That was by far and away Araafa's best run of his life so the assumption is that he's better on soft ground than he is on quicker, which could help us get the verdict." PA
