Police have refused to rule out a racist motive to an attack in Belfast earlier this week in which a Filipino family had shots fired through their house, write s Scott Jamison.
Two women and two children were in the house on Distillery Street, west Belfast, at the time. No one was hurt in the incident, which took place in the early hours of Monday. Police found a bullet hole in a window and a bullet inside the house.
Homeowner Maribel Dixon said there had been four previous attacks on the house.
Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
