Motor Racing:Rally Ireland has released the entry list of the 90 competitors that will take part in the first World Rally Championship event to be held on these shores next month.
The battle between Sébastien Loeb (Citroen) and Finland's Marcus Gronholm (BP Ford) will be of most interest to spectators as the Frenchmen looks to over turn the latter's four point lead at the top of the the Driver's Championship.
In total, there will be 21 countries represented in the cross-border event which begins in Belfast before moving across to the north-western border counties. 53 of the competitors are from Ireland.
There will be 34 WRC cars taking part in the rally that will begin with the 'Super Special Stage' - designed around the parlaiment buildings and Stormont Castle - on November 15th.
The remaining three days will take place on the roads of Sligo, Tyrone, Leitrim, Donegal, Roscommon and Fermanagh.
Tickets for the Super Special Stage are available online with Ticketmaster and are priced from £12.50 upwards.
