Those seeking to escape the cold this weekend can visit the great outdoors inside - the RDS, that is - at the Irish Outdoor Adventure Show.

Due to bad weather at sea, today's Irish Ferries Swift sailing from Dublin to Holyhead at 12.15pm has yet to be confirmed while the 5.30pm sailing is cancelled.
