SARAJEVO - A recount in Bosnia's elections following errors and confusion during vote counting confirmed President Alija Izetbegovic won the top job in a new collective presidency, organisers said yesterday.
But the "preliminary final result" showing Mr Izetbegovic narrowly beating Serb separatist, Mr Momcilo Krnjisnik, must, still be reverified by computer and opened to possible appeals before it can be officially certified, the Organisation for Security and Co operation in Europe said.
