A Co Tyrone man appeared in court on an arson charge arising out of a fire at a Dungannon church at the weekend.
Mr Hugh Patrick Gerard Fox (29), unemployed, of Oakfield Close, Moy, was remanded in custody when he appeared at Cookstown Magistrates' Court yesterday. He is accused of damaging by fire two exterior doors of St Patrick's Catholic Church on Saturday.
He also faces a charge of possessing an offensive weapon, a boning knife.
