A Co Limerick man was charged with IRA membership at the Special Criminal Court yesterday.
Mr Johns O'Dea (24), of Barnakyle, 7 Patrickswell, Co Limerick, was charged with IRA membership on June 6th last year.
Mr O'Dea was remanded in custody until May 6th.
