A High Court application against plans for an incinerator in Ringaskiddy, Co Cork, has been adjourned.
This is the third time that the application, which is seeking to reverse planning permission for the incinerator, has been adjourned.
The application is made by a group of 11 individuals and the Ringaskiddy Residents' Association Ltd against the State, An Bord Pleanála and the Attorney General.
