Waterford Wedgwood, the Irish crystal maker that's lost money for four years, said the head of its Royal Doulton unit has resigned to pursue other interests.
Wayne Nutbeen, who was chief executive of the company that was acquired by Waterford in 2005, will leave with immediate effect, the Dublin-based company said in a statement.
Moira Gavin has been promoted to the role of chief executive of the Royal Doulton and Wedgwood ceramics division.
