London - The royal yacht Britannia is to be saved and will spend its retirement on the Manchester Ship Canal or moored at Leith near Edinburgh, it was disclosed last night. The British Defence Secretary, Mr George Robertson, will announce the shortlist of two to the House of Commons today.
