RTÉ today revealed its television programming schedule for Autumn 2004.
Comedian Pat Shortt will appear in the new series Killinaskullyand RTÉ have also secured the first showing of the Friends spin-off Joeywith Matt Le Blanc.
Other new programmes include a series of history and arts documentaries on Sean O'Casey, Patrick Kavanagh and Eamon de Valera as well as two new drama series called Love is The Drugand Foreign Exchange.
Two other series, The Clinicand Proof,return for a second outing.
The Irish factual series Would You Believeand Leargashave been given a makeover and will be joined by two new programmes - Drawing the Lineand Scannal.
Other new programmes include Holiday Home Detectives, Meet the Familyand The Dinner Party.
Noel Curran, Managing Director at RTÉ Television, said: "The emphasis in this schedule is heavily on new home production. That's what RTÉ uniquely offers Irish viewers."
