A man was taken to hospital in the North tonight after being shot in the leg, the RUC said.
The victim, aged in his late teens, suffered a gunshot wound to his left leg in the attack shortly before 7.30 p.m., an RUC spokeswoman said.
The shooting happened near a power station on Alliance Road in north Belfast.
