The RUC is treating as murder the death of a woman whose body was found in her south Belfast home on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how Ms Iris Orr (42) died. Her body was found at her home in Hartingdon Court, off the Dublin Road.
Meanwhile, a 73-year-old man is recovering after being stabbed only yards from his front door yesterday in Coleraine, Co Derry. He suffered a single wound to his abdomen and was taken to Coleraine Hospital where he is in a stable condition. The RUC is appealing for witnesses.
