Ryanair said today that difficulties between the airline and Brussels South Charleroi Airport have been settled.
The airline said it will no longer cancel its seats on flights from November 12th as there was no longer a threat of repeated strike action at the airport.
Ryanair had sought reassurances from Belgian airport authorities that there would be no repeat of the wildcat strikes there between June 15th and 17th that stranded over 22,500 passengers.
The carrier said today it had now entered talks with the airport on further expansion and route development.
