A witness at the Bloody Sunday Inquiry has been dismissed from the stand following complaints by Lord Saville about his attitude.
The witness, Mr Seamus Carlin, complained a number of times about the questions he had been asked during his testimony, which began yesterday.
At one point during his evidence in the Guildhall this morning, Mr Carlin, a former soldier in the Irish Army, was cautioned by Lord Saville after calling for a reform of "the English law system".
"You are not helping this inquiry one little bit. If you continue in this vein, I shall have to stop your evidence," Lord Saville said.
It was the first time a witness has been asked to leave the witness stand since the inquiry started hearing oral evidence in March last year.
Mr Carlin insisted he would appeal.
