Glasgow number eight Jon Petrie has been called into the Scotland squad for the Six Nations clash against France on Sunday.
The 26-year-old replaces back-row forward Ross Beattie who has been ruled out of the Paris game with a recurrence of an Achilles injury.
Petrie was originally part of the Scotland A side.
He will be replaced at number eight in the Scotland A team by Eric Peters of Connacht.
