The search for a man who has been missing from his home in Killybegs, Co Donegal, since early on Saturday morning, has been called off for the night.
It is feared Mr Matthew Cunningham (25) from St Catherine's Road, Killybegs, may have drowned.
He got off a bus at the town's pier at around 4.15 a.m. after a night out with friends in Glenties. He was due to report for work on a fishing trawler an hour later but failed to appear.
A shoe belonging to Mr Cunningham was found in the water off the pier today.

Divers from the Donegal Bay and Sheephaven sub-aqua clubs joined the search today, but failed to locate the missing man.
