Scientists have managed to make mice regenerate hair follicles and grow their hair back. The plan now is to find a way to repeat the process in humans, which should please the two in every three men suffering some form of baldness by the time they are 50.

An entrepreneur in drought-stricken Brisbane is offering topless and nude car washes. The Bubbles 'n' Babes car wash also has a lap-dance service to keep drivers occupied while their cars are wiped to perfection.The car wash was set up by a strip-club owner to capitalise on the boom in commercial car washes due to a ban on washing cars at home.
