Gardai in Mullingar, Co Westmeath, are investigating an alleged sexual assault on a man in the town at the weekend.
The reported assault took place at 2 a.m. on Saturday at an area near Church Avenue. The victim has undergone a full medical examination and the scene has been preserved for forensic examination.
