A Cork man convicted of sexually assaulting a woman has been given a 12-month suspended sentence by Mr Justice McKechnie at the Central Criminal Court.
The 31-year-old man was found not guilty on April 5th, 2001, by a jury of rape, but guilty of sexual assault at a house in a Cork town.
