Karen Matthews will go on trial along with Michael Donovan in November charged in relation to the abduction of her daughter Shannon, Leeds Crown Court heard today.
Ms Matthews (32), is accused of perverting the course of justice and child neglect.
Shannon (9) went missing from Dewsbury Moor on February 19th following a school swimming trip.
She was found in the base of a bed at an address just a mile from her home after a 24-day police search involving more than 300 officers.
Ms Matthews, of Moorside Road, Dewsbury Moor, was remanded in custody by Dewsbury magistrates last week.
She was accused of having "repeatedly concealed information in relation to the whereabouts of Shannon Matthews in interviews and other contacts with officers with the West Yorkshire Police and claimed to have no knowledge of her whereabouts".
Michael Donovan, of Lidgate Gardens, Batley Carr, has been charged with Shannon's kidnap and false imprisonment and is in custody awaiting trial at Leeds Crown Court on November 11th.
The 39-year-old, formerly known as Paul Drake, is the uncle of Ms Matthews' partner Craig Meehan.
Mr Meehan was arrested on April 2nd and charged with 11 specimen offences of possession of indecent images of children. He was remanded in custody to appear in court again this week.
Earlier this month, Mr Meehan's sisters, Amanda Hyett (25) and Caroline Meehan (29), and their mother, Alice Meehan (49), were arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in connection with the alleged abduction. All three were released on bail pending further inquiries.
