Bee Walsh will once again be hosting her Busy Bee Summer School cookery classes for 11- to 16-year-olds in Dalkey, Co Dublin, this summer. It goes like this: The chisellers watch a demonstration of a three-course meal and then cook two of the dishes, which they bring home so you can see what gifted little chefs they are. The classes are designed to be informal and fun and the children need only bring an apron and a tea towel. The two-week courses cost £120.
