Simple Minds singer Jim Kerr has sold his home in Killiney, Co Dublin, for £2.75 million. Killiney House, a period property set on two acres, had been home to the star since 1992, when he was married to Patsy Kensit - now the wife of Oasis singer Liam Gallagher.
