A man yesterday received a six-month jail term, suspended for a year, for sending explicit messages and newspaper cuttings to a neighbour last year.
George O’Grady (56), O’Reilly Road, Waterford city, appeared at the District Court in the city in relation to the harassment of a woman over a six-month period.
