European Central Bank board member Mr Domingo Solans said today that inflation data in the eurozone area over the next few months will not be good .
Eurozone inflation climbed to 2.9 per cent in April from 2.6 per cent in March but ECB President Wim Duisenberg said yesterday that weaker economic growth might reduce inflationary pressure in the region.
In the next few months inflation data in the eurozone will not be good, Mr Domingo Solans said at a business conference.
