The corporate finance and consulting company, Farrell Grant Sparks, has been selected by the Department of Agriculture to administer the LEADER 11 "national network" arrangements for a one year period.
The network is the mechanism which has been designed to enable the LEADER 11 approved groups in Ireland and throughout the EU to exchange expertise on implementing the rural development programmes.
