St Patrick's Athletic booked their place in the FAI Carlsberg Cup semi-finals tonight with a 2-1 victory over first division side Kildare County at Richmond Park.
The Inchicore club opened well with striker Tony Bird firing home an Mbabzi Livingstone ball on 14 minutes.
St Pat's doubled that advantage seven minutes later when Keith Dunne fired a stinging shot past Tadhg Murphy in the County goal.
