Abdul Latif Hakimi named the bomber who killed himself and nine other people as Kabul resident Sardar Mohammad and said that the guerrillas planned more such attacks.

"He was a devotee and carried out the suicide attack," Hakimi said by satellite phone from an undisclosed location.

"More mujahideens are ready to follow his way and you will witness them doing it in the future."
