THE British and Irish governments and the Northern political parties, except Sinn Fein which is barred from the talks because of the collapse of the IRA ceasefire, will gather again at Stormont on Monday to seek a resolution to the decommissioning deadlock.

The multi-party talks at Stormont adjourned last night until next Monday, still bogged down on the crucial issue of decommissioning. Before breaking up for the week, all sides acknowledged that the IRA bomb find in London had made it more difficult to find a way around the decommissioning impasse.
