Graham Taylor will decide later today whether to end his exile from football management and return to take charge with Aston Villa until the end of the season.

Taylor is due to have talks with Villa chairman Doug Ellis and his fellow directors although there is no official board meeting planned today.

The former England boss announced his days as a manager were over last season when he quit Watford with one year of his contract still to run.

Now Villa are looking for Taylor to fill the breach, although it is understood he is still not totally convinced over the potential move.
